POLICY

1.if any problems, you must  contact us within 7 days after receiving the order,send us the the electronic invoice we offer you after you make payment, and some clear digital photos of the items in problem

2. for the handbags In grade AAA and the watches with swiss movement, all the problem items must be sent back within one week.

3.for the other  items with the problem which can't be proved clearly by the digital photos,the items must be sent back within one week

4.if we can prove your problems by photos,or after we checked the returns, we will offer you a solution within 12hours.

5.Unacceptable reasons for an exchange: colors of the items are darker/lighter than that showed in the picture, the items had minor color differences from the picture,the items do not fit, I would rather have a different items

6.after checking the problems,if it is really our responsibility, we will resend the a new items for free. we will take up a part of the ship cost for returning.
